I have asked around and researched sust 250 and I have gotten mixed answers on how often you should inject. I have heard Twice a week, once a week, and even ever 10days( to with stand the server pain of injection sites). So How many times do you all prove is most effective with injecting asleast as possable?

IMO you should take it on mon, wend, fri for the first two weeks to take advantage of the prop...then in week three when the other esters kick in you have to only do it once or twice a week...hope this helps"Up to a point a man's life is shaped by environment, heredity, and the movements and changes in the world around him. take it once a week and get a seperate bottle of prop or tren to run eod. hey its only 30mg prop thhat isnt much dont waste all the long esthers by loading..no need to load when you use prop seperately or tren.Comment
