Is there any such thing as a research license? If I order chemicals that are supposed to be for research purposes, do I need some kind of research license to legally buy these or does it vary from state to state. how do these companies like Liquidresearch and Researchkits go about obtaining the chemicals that they need? I figure that they must have some kind of license. Do you have to have a degree to get a license?
