Just finished up a cycle of 10 weeks of deca at 400 mg and winstrol 50 mg. Should I wait two weeks or three to start with the nolva and clomid? I can't believe I got a little touch of gyno!!
I had no warning at all just started right in with a small lump, sucks!! I'am more worried about post cycle than the actual cycle. After reading all the bad things people say about clomid.
Can someone also tell me what the dosages should be for the nolva and clomid.

read the faq it will tell you how to run the clomid. yes wait 2 weeks after your last inject of deca. you can run the winstrol 2 days before starting clomid.

Actually you should wait 3 weeks from your last shot of Deca, I got a lump too during my test cycle but with some nolva it went away. Run your post cycle like this:

1st day 300mg Clomid, 60mg Nolva
2nd day 150mg Clomid, 40mg Nolva
day 3-17 100mg Clomid, 20mg Nolva
day 18-32 50mg Clomid, 20mg Nolva

Clomid only makes some people emotional when taking it, but even if it does make you feel like that isn't it worth it to keep the muscle? Clomid is also a very weak anti-estrogen so the Nolva will keep you from getting gyno plus is you have any symptoms of gyno it will probably get rid of that too. I also use about 15-20mg of Creatine post cycle to help maintain gains and strengh. This method works great for me.
