    i tried posting on the training forum but did not get any responses.

    im curious how much improvement on strength guys have gotten from their cycle and how much they weigh basic stats that kind of thing

    im around 240 and on bench i work out with 230 for 5 reps
    squats for 285 x 5 reps
    military 150 x 6
    seated rows 190 x 10


    i have gained about 30 pounds on my bench,and squat and about 20 pounds on military, and 30 pounds on seated rows.

    what are your gains???

      mine was very eperimental.. my source isnt real knowledgeable and at first gave me some deca but it was only 50mg per shot. i was researching and found out thats not much of anything so i took it every 3 days didnt see much after a while and he got me testoprim d 250 mg i did one a week for a couple weeks went up to two a week then up to two every four days felt results more there. i having him go down this weekend to check on some other stuff for my next cycle.. hope to see better gains

        Well try this one out:

        My bench went from 225 x 2 to 255 x 10 ( I rarely do bench presses)

        My squat went from 295 x 2 to 365 x 10 (Ass to the floor after a 600lbs Leg press)

        Stiff Legged Deadlifts went from 275 x 4 to 335 x 10 (After all the Quad/Hamstring work)

        Deadlift is sitting around 485 to 500.

        I am 5'8''
        Starting body weight: 173lbs @ 11.298% bf (151 lbs muscle and 22 lbs fat)

        Just finished my cycle and I am at 193lbs bf unkown due to schedule of hydro dunktest appt for next Friday.

        I train HEAVY DUTY style advocated by Mike Mentzer. I follow his traing for years and have just started it religiously on this cycle and am gonna do it for life!!!!!!!!!!!!

        I did a basic cycle of 400mg of Test Enanthate for 9 weeks and A 50 for 7 weeks. That is it!!!!!!
