i too have hard time getting down the 5-6 meals daily.... usually i watch tv when i eat... that way i pay all the attention to the tv and not the eating... and usually half an hour is enough for me (for big meals)... but sometimes i can't even force it down..... so i just skip it allthogether, and get a shake instead; i know it's bad but i feel like if i have one more bite i'm gonna puke.
ive tride to eat all day long, not really a meal but a all day meal! i dont seem to have that im going to puke feeling i just feel stuffed all day long! so far it seem to be ok.
Yall are CRAZY. I'm dieting right now and it's SUCKS!!! I would kill to "have" to eat all the time again. I don't think I'll be doing that for a while though cause I'm going to try and stay more lean from now on

I really force my self to eat man. At times I feel like just puking everything when Im eating. I always have to swallow it down with water or anything.
For breakfest I have to eat 5 eggs every morning. Then the horrible smell, yuck, but fuck it I chug it down with water.
EATING EVERY 2-1/2 HOURS
Other foods like meats, chicken, tuna(yuck)..I just chug it down.
If I dont eat I dont grow..its a sacrifice gotta work for it.

you should still be eating at least 5 mini meals a day. if you eat the right kind of high protein stuff you wont be hungry. i eat 1500.00 calories a day and im never hungry. i do get tired of chewing. im almost to the point where im going to blend my tuna with my myoplex.

Let me know how that goes for you....YUK :p
I also have a hard time eating enough, it sucks every meal I eat until I gag, I am a big dude but I know I have to eat more to get bigger and I just can't seem to get the damn food down. This really pisses me off EQ does not help either for me I am going to try B-12 inj as I have heard that can help.
"Experiencing this pain in my muscles and aching and going on and on is my challenge. The last three or four reps is what makes the muscles grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on."
