I notice when I get on an oral my arms start to grow faster than without orals. Now, my arms suck so I will start drol + winny soon with slin post wokrout. Doses I haven't decided on yet, maybe high 50mg drol 4 weeks + 50mg winny(chinamans) 3 weeks, then 25mg winny 3weeks + lots of Milktistle, water(of course), ALA, Liv52 and so on. My base on this cycle is Test and EQ, and I'm eating like a MOFO, protein very very high, maybe too high as I fart like never before, but hey...I'm gaining 
Well to this cycle I work on my arms on a different way. Before I've had pore abolities to gain size on them, well I have the peak bit the thickness sucks. Now I've started more "different movements" like reverse grip tricepspress(awsome and I already see great results). More hammercurls, and I focus on tarketing the biceps and to do the movement strict. I also work do 1 biceps movement after my backworkout + 1 day Every other week with my triceps and every other week with hamstring.
What I would like to hear is what cycle made your arms grow the most, what did you do different if anything..
