Anyone now anything about all the AS books circulating out there that are worth the pitch? I've heard of the layman's guide, anabolic2002 and steroids101 but are they really worthwhile, informative reading material? Any help greatly appreciated.

anabolics 2002 IMHO is a great book
steroids 101 IMHO is not worth the money
I've read a few others and IMHO anabolics 2002 is by far the clearest, easiest and most informative, it is also written in a non-biased factual manner.

Good Luck

i liked author l Rea's chemical muscle enhancement , its expensive, but some new ideas in the book which is definitely worth taking a read . also paul borreson's book called "the stack" is pretty cool too , the man was wayy ahead of his time and the book is a mess when u take presentation into consideration , but again , fresh ideas which are very new compared to the norm and worth trying .check out -->www.bodybuilding4life.com

Hey thanks guys. What about ebooks such as the Layman's guide? Or the one on mail order secrets? Do those merit any credit? Its just that they seem to promise alot and, of course, my mommy always told me to be careful especially when it sounds too good to be true. But seriously, I haven't heard anything about these ebooks at all.
Thanks again.
