  • Should I use DNP on a cycle?

I am looking into taking DNP and was wondering if it has the same type of effects T3 has on you muscles.

If I take DNP alone will I lose muscle mass?

Should I do cardio while on DNP?

Should I use DNP while on a cycle or doesn't it matter?

I'm not sure that your going to be able to get enough energy up to want to do cardio on DNP. Also the whole reason you do DNP is that it's like doing cardio 24hrs ed while your on after it kicks in.

    Have you tried T3 before?

I've used T3 and didn't get good results. I think I lost as much muscle as I did fat Mad me really tired and couldn't keep my eyes open sometimes. Got shakey.. Dnp just sounds like if is shitty for a week but makes it worth while.

you will most likely loose some muscle if you run DNP alone. What are your stats?

I've found that DNP without T3 works quite well. While its not completely protein sparing, I do believe it to be a lot better than T3. IMHO, DNP at a low dose for 2-3 weeks + lots of antioxidants is the way to go.

I think that your best bet would be to use dnp for 14 days at a mild dose 2-400 mgs ed. Take your antioxidants. But start t3 at day 5 and run through end of cycle an ramp down the following week. This is also when you'll be carbing up. This should keep you from gaining back during your tsh shutdown time. and the dnp will help keep your muscle gains. I usually run this cycle while clearing esters of a long ester chain cycle like eq and enan which gives you even more muscle sparing ingredients. I also run slin during dnp but I'm not even going to get into that. way too dangerous for what you want. And did I mention that running dnp in the summer is crazy. I hope you have an inside job.

i think it is too dangerous, that stuff is poison. stick to a healthy diet and do consistent cardio 4-5 times a week, dont give up and you will see results. people relate to drugs with out looking at the serious side effects they will have, they just want to get cut quick. i dont think any one should use this shit.
sorry if i am bringing you down but i dont want to see anyone here getting f-ed up.
              good luck
              currently cutting:
              wt: 210lbs
              ht: 5'11"
              bf%: 11%

              current cycle:
              Off

no , dnp is not likely to make u lose a lot of muscle.
cardio , do it if u have the energy .
and normally , use it on a cycle , thats what i do .
and for someone above who said they use insulin along with dnp , dnp prevents internalisation of the receptor , so insulin use is of no value .
