I would inject 2x a week. mon and Thurs is what I do. I'm going to be on my 3rd cycle and am going to do 500mg/week

I think it is the best in my opinion. You get more test mg for mg than sus and you dont have to inject eod.

I love it, I inject on Sat, and Tuesday, 250mgs each time mixed with 200mgs of deca. You really start to come alive after your 2nd week.

Im 5'7" fluid, 188, Bench 305, full squat 350, clean 225. As for my body fat, Im not exactly sure, havnt checked in a loong time.
