  • Not getting any bigger

    Hey guys!! As some of you are aware im on my 2nd cycle witch consists of 1cc a day of suspension and 3 tablets a day of Winstroll, Im now finishing my 3rd week and still no gains a little stronger but not much!!! Im eating lots also for example:

    BK: 4 eggs, cereals
    Lunch: Pasta with 2 cans of tuna
    (between Lunch and dinner)
    2 cheesburgers
    Protein shake 500ml
    Dinner: chicken with patatos
    few hrs later I will also eat snaks!!!

    So thats what I eat yesterday as an example so i eat well, at least i think i do.....

    I was wondering if people have come accross Bros who just don't grow off the shit!!!! Or is it maybe that I should level up my Test intake, I was thinking of stoping the cycle at the end of next week and starting a Sust cycle but with a higher level of test per week i was thinking 750mg, Is this to high? i know the stuff is good its from a trusted source and some other bros of mine who are on are growing!!!! So whats up with me!!!!!! The only thing that Im thinking is that the PVL stuff that I've been using isn't srtong enough for me and thats why the Test cycle that im thinking of starting is not PVL!!!

    as for working out I train well!!! I've spoken to people about my training and they all agree that it should work, and to keep

    training the same way.

    if anyone has any words of encouragment or just be straight honest please let me know, thanks!!!!!!

      Im 6 feet, 183pds I eat like a mad man, i dont really have the count but you can just go by the approx food I intake dayli

        give it time.......if after 5 weeks your not growing, then something is wrong!

          How much time?? the first cycle I did gave me no gains at all!! and that was a 12 weeks cycle of test!!! running it at 1cc and 1/2 a week, so Im kind of worried.

            Doesnt sound like you had a well planned out diet...you need to eat a little more if you ask me...And not just anything you need to eat foods that are high in nutritional values not just blind calories...With or without gear if you tweek your diet and training you should be able to amke gains no matter how small....

            Breakfast for example..4eggs and ceareals?Try 7-8 eggs 7 white 1 whole scarambled...Add some turkey bacon,oatmeal,skim milk or protien drink....I also eat cottage cheese/oatmeal/peaches and isopure grape frost as an alternative...

            Then have a snack...PB sandwiches or peanut butter on celery are good with some protien of course...I also munch on tuna/slamon or bolied eggs...

            Lunch I eat raw fish 1 pd and poi (dont think youd like that though lol) or a whole chicken (rotissarie) and salad....

            Then snack and protien gagin dinner and so on...

            I weigh 230 at 5'11 and have to eat alot to keep my size..So imagine how much I got to eat to grow?Alot !LOL It becomes a chore trying to eat every 2-3 hours...

            It depends on what youre trying to do...If youre looking to add solid keepable gains then you have to be patient and they will come...Sometimes the scale doesnt go up but your measurements do...Some people grow early in their cycles and other later...Hell some of my frineds just look at the gear and blow up!Be patient and work on that diet a little...If all else fails then we need to question your source of your gear...

              Poor gear? Receptor affinity?

              Superstar claims that he's eating like a 'madman' and if his training is sound, he's getting his sleep... he's gotta grow.

              I suppose I eat more than you Superstar AND I weigh less. Food is all I think about anymore (pretty sad, but true).

              In hind sight, it may have been nice for you to take dbol for the first few weeks of your cycle. Perhaps that would have 'kickstarted' your gains and made you more motivated to eat more. The chain is only as strong as its weakest link (to quote an overused cliche phrase).
              I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.

                thanks for the feedback!! Ill try to eat more but I feel like Im gona explode sometimes!!! regardless I should have gained at least 5 pounds!! Jeezzz some freinds of mine dont eat aswell and they gaine like crazy!!! I think that I should have gained something regardless.....

                        the most important thing in achieving results when on aas, is training/diet, then what you are on and what brand it is. make sure to eat 5-8 times a day, balanced meals every 2-3 hours. try to take in lots of protien.

                        if you were perfect your diet would be
                        20%fat
                        40%carbs
                        40%protien

                          sounds like fake gears[i guess]i can gain around 10 pound if i eat that amount of food like you without gear.i think short will gain better than tall guy,i'm 5 5' btw.

                            Take this advice man, but also U need to realize it will take 3-4 weeks no more than that, dont overtrain//undertrain, get rest, eat as he said, and ur not going to get awesome gains off that cycle dewd. Suspension will b alright, and winny just looses fat ad gains a little lean mass, but ur taking 3 tabs which u need to take about 12 to get the desired effects on injecting. Not to burst ur bubble or anything (dont eat 12) stick with ur plan, ur gear. maybe get 4 winni a day, and eat like beef suggested and ull b fine!

                              I guess what Im trying to get is, is it possible that some people dont gain when on the sauce? its my 2nd cycle and still nothing! the 1st one was a test cycle 1 1/2 cc a week for 12 weeks and still nogo I know the gear is good its from a trusted source, Im just worried that Im wasting my money cause lets be honest even If i did not train properly or eat properly i would still gain some mass at the end, not the mass that you want but a good 5 pounds you would, thats what the sauce does but my body seems to reject it so Im kind of worried!!! has anyone ever seen a case similar to mine??
