Var is good IMO, but pricey. Its very easy on the liver. Make sure your 'source' is giving you 100% real var. The reccomnded doseage for males is 40mg a day.

Its OK bro, depends on ur goals right? If your lookin for that lean athletic lookin bod, then Var would suffice.

I would still recomend taking some Liver prtectants Like ALA or r-ALA or Liv.52 anytime while running a 17aa.

Ive been wanting to run Var for a while now. Its w/out a doubt one of the safest if not the safest steroid. At higher dosages of around 35-40 you could get quality gains from it I hear. It would be an excellent cutting aid too. Its just TOO DAMN expensive. All this cheap Var people are selling is likely just winny or worse. 50mg tabs for the prices of reputable 5mg tabs? No way, and all these posts about people getting Var powders bulk for super cheap seem off too. I would get my shit tested for sure if I bought a bunch of powder from China or something.

Have you priced out what it would cost to run Var for say even 8-10 weeks @ 40mg day? For that money you could put together a hell of a bulker that would get gains w/out a doubt. Shame its so damn pricey. I'd be lucky to run a 6 week 20mg cutter w/ it. Im in college.

A friend of mine ordered a very bulk amount of powder from China, had it tested and it came out to 50-60% real var. He contacted the supplier and the supplier said his is the best, out of the about 3 compants that produce and ship internationally, and that most people dont care its only 50% because thats good for raw powder. WTF is the other 50%? Its probably winny. But still, I didn't wanna mess with something when i dont even know what it is, just my .02

I took 20mg ed of ip anavar and I thought it wasnt that great.

You will need a liver protectant. Var does effect the liver.
I have been on it for three weeks at 20 bid taking one in the morning and one late afternoon along with Milk thistle.
I can tell something is going on in my liver. I might go off for a couple days or considerably lower my dose of var and up my milk thistle. Or maybe add some ala, if it works.

I am taking BTG Oxandrin. Just started Hologram Siazen at 2 iu's every am. With the Oxandrin I've gain about 6 lbs of lean muscle mass on a low calorie diet doing weight 3 times a week. I do not eat more that 2500 calories a day, mostly around 2000. It's mostly high protein. I have been impressed with the results.
