Is only doing 1 cycle worth it?

If you are worrid about losing gains, don't. Do post cycle therapy and that should help you retain most of your gains. You will most likely lost some size and strength from the peak of your cycle but a lot of that is from water. Before my first cycle I was benching 225 for 8 reps. during cycle I went up to 18 reps. After cycle I was right around 14-15. This may not be a very good way to judge it but I know it would have taken me a lot longer to make it to that mark than 8 weeks! It is a little dissapointing losing some of the size and strenght when you are done but you have to look at the whole picture, Start to finish.
