Is it possible to do Deca or Sust alone for 1st timer?

    only used 200mg of deca and i enjoyed my gains, my bench went up like 60lbs and i gained about 30'lbs
    Damn that is truly unbelievable, 30 lbs on 200mg/wk of deca.
    "Experiencing this pain in my muscles and aching and going on and on is my challenge. The last three or four reps is what makes the muscles grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on."

      Instead of tapering I would suggest using hcg 500iu/day for two weeks, starting 5 days before Clomid. Nolvadex 20mg/day while using hcg. Clomid 100mg/day for one week, 50mg/day for three more weeks. When one week of Clomid left start Proviron 25mg/day for 3-4 weeks.
      Also, make sure all this time you supplement with 1-3g/day of vitamin C, some zinc supplements, some vitamins B complex, glutamine and creatine. Bromocriptine in low dose is not a bad idea.

            OK but at only 200mg/wk, most all of that must have been fat/water gain I have a hard time believing anyone can gain 30 quality lbs on an 8 wk cycle of 200mg/wk of deca and if they can they must have started the juice the first week of working out or they are destined to be the next Mr O.

              I would just do the sust alone for the first time. This will be plenty for good gains if it is your first cycle. I took 250mg of cyp for ten weeks for my first cycle and kept 25lbs from it.
              You will also have a better understanding of how your body will react to AAS when you do just the test. This is important for future cycle doses. Some people take way more AAS than they need and are throwing their money away.

                  Thanks fellas....Small, the hcg with clomid and proviron all @ the end to the sus and Deca cycle to increase the natural test levels and reduce the gyne effects of the sust, right?
                  And if there is any tapering it should be with the Deca? I think I got it.
                  Now, how will Ifeel when I am coming off of the cycle?

                    I would just do the sust alone for the first time. This will be plenty for good gains if it is your first cycle. I took 250mg of cyp for ten weeks for my first cycle and kept 25lbs from it.
                    My first was very similar to the above as were the results. If I had to do it again I would have added in some deca.

                      My 1st was 6 weeks of just sust. 10ml total. 250-500mg/wk
                      gained 24lbs..kept 18
