I have a friend who is doing 100mg of anadrol ED with no other gear. He has been doing this for the past three weeks to gain strength for an upcoming competition. They have been working great. What he wants to know is if he starts to do cardio (jump rope) 3-4 times a week will he lose some of the water weight that he has put on and will this negate any of his strength gains? He wants to do the cardio to build up his stamina for the competition. Thanks.

thats where water is retained. its a trade off. do you want to be strong and bloated or a little weaker and more defined depending on BF of course. i dont mind the strength loss cause i like the way i look.Originally posted by new231

I had decent strenght gains using on 25mg a day. I broke up a 50 mg into fourths taking 12.5mg am and 12.5mg pm. I never had much water retention or side effects. A little hbp in the beginning.
Using a diurectic may help, but they are dangerous. So make sure if he does go that route, to research as much about it as possible.
