anti-e and dieting

does any1 use an anti-e, such as l-dex, to help with lowering estrogen while dieting? im currently doing thermorexin and y-burn and am thinking about adding l-dex.

what about bromo? ive heard of bro's using bromo for weight loss. any1 have any experience do this?
