Internation Gear Legality?

I've looked a great deal, but can't find a definitive list of where in the world (specifically Europe) that gear is legal to posess. Anyone out there know of a list, or just have some knowlege on the subject?

Legal to possess in Canada... (I know that Canada is NOT a part of Europe). Illegal to traffic in Canada.

I just have to say the photo above is both funny and repulsive. That "Christopher" guy is such a flaming idiot... not that there's anything wrong with that. LOL.

If they're legal to possess, but illegal to traffic, how do you come to possess them?

he law is MUCH more complex than simply poscession ... even talking about gear is considered trafficing ..pointing to a source is traficcing...driving with them in your car is trafficing .. there was a good post on this a while back, i gotta find it anyways to read up so i post it when i find it
