OK Imma need some help on this one. I have Paradeca//D Bol//of course, protein and creatine. The protein is High 5 time released if that means anything. Im looking to build even more size than I have while loosing some fat. I also have a weight gainer I could use, but not sure if that defeats the purpose of loosing some weight.
My day:
Wake up, get dressed go workout for about 3-4 hours, then some Cardio. (each day consists of 1-2 diff muscle groups only)(Abs everyday, but not counted)
I work out 6 days a week, take sundays off. Sound ok>??
I am younger than most of u think, but I am done growing and already have more size//strength than anyone you will meet at my age. Ive always taken protein//weight gainer and creatine untill now. Now I want to get serious with getting as close to steroids as possible.
What do you all suggest for my 1st week, how much and when do I take my supps? I usually start working out(actually arrive at the gym and lift) at around 7-9???
I also may be taking a PM fat loost formula Pill from max muscle, if i can get my hands on it, any idea there?
Paradeca, from what Ive heard, gains come with doses, the more u take the more u gain. But ive recieved advice that for the first few days take 1 D Bol pill and the recommended dosage or deca, for about 3 days, then im planning to double to dosage on the deca 4 cc 3 times a day, and take 2-3 d bol pills? And when should I take creatine//protein..
What do u think about this??

week 3 3cc deca 3x|| 3 d bol
week 4//5 2cc deca 3x|| 4 D Bol
2-4 weeks off, most likely 2
What are some post//pre meals??
