I just joined this board, but some of you may know me from elite and Triedia. I have been juicing for about 4 years and started with only bulking cycles, then bulking in the winter and cutting in the summer. I am at the point where I want to try something new, 5-6 days of cardio with 1-3 days of light lifting (maintenance).
Question: With a workout like that would I benefit from a Prop/Winny/Fina cycle, or am I just wasting the gear?
I know it sounds like an ignorant question but I couldnt find any info on it. My goal is to lose as much fat as possible, get as hard as possible and just maintain what I have. Not looking to get bigger, actually want to get a little smaller (less bulk).
BTW I am 31 years old, if that make any difference.
