Hey bro's just looking for some advice. I am 20 yrs old 5'10 208 bf 16-18%. I plan on starting my cycle in a few monthes or when I turn 21. I am cutting naturally for now,very strict diet and 50 mins cardio every morning on an empty stomach. I have lost about 25 pounds since June. I will get to 185-190 w/ bf 13-14% before i started a cycle. My goal is to gain quality muscle while keeping bodyfat gain as minimal as possible. I do not want to do a big bulker i.e test, eq and d-bol. I want to keep the sides as minimal as possible. I am predisposed to mpb. I want to use Eq but dont think I will as I have a problem with anxiety and heard eq can affect that. I was thinking....
1) Test 400-500mg's wk 1-12.
.25mg arimidex daily, clomid post and nolva on hand.
1 tab ******** daily.
--Is 250mg's too little an amount to use as my body producing that per week naturally??
--Considering adding prop in weeks 1-4.
Any comments/advice would be appreciated.
