I'm days away from finishing my first cycle of:
300mg Deca
500mg Testex (Cypionate)
Before Stats:
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 165lbs
Bodyfat: 17%
After Stats
Weight: 192lbs
Bodyfat: 18.5%
My problem is now that my rugby season is starting up again and I have lost A LOT of fitness. I didn't do any cardio while on my cycle as I wanted to put all my energy into gaining weight. I would also like to lose a little fat.
Staying at 192lbs will be pretty hard due to my tough rugby season ahead. Ideally I would like to be somewhere between 180-185lbs.
Anyway, I don't plan to diet down or drop my cals significantly.
Post Cycle Plan
1) Cycle ECA/Clen 2 weeks on/off
2) Keep calories at 3500 per day
3) Eat a 50% Protein 30% Carbs 20% Fat ratio
4) Do HIIT 3x a week (20 min sprint/jog/walk routine) plus 2, 1.5 hour rugby practices a week
I'll workout 3 times per week and use CLA and Glutamine.
