  • HELP - anyone is Houston??

I am 8 weeks out from competition and my boss just told me that i have to be in Houston sometime in August for a 1-2 week assignment. Is anyone here from Houston? Need a workout buddy to help with comp preparation while in Houston. Just a light heavy here - need someone to spot and push me.

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

i'm not a screamer or a guy that's gonna stand behind you and yell "ONE MORE BABY ONE MORE! IT'S ALL YOU! LIGHT WEIGHT BABY, IT'S A LIGHT WEIGHT". but i'll be happy to give you a real spot. ie - i don't touch the bar till you look like you're about to pass out.

hey - im serious about the help
the state comp will be a tough one this year
if i dont go in 100%, i might as well forget it, which means the time ive spent this past year eating clean will be wasted.
