just got off the phone w my doc, she said my levels are 5-6 times normal (dont have exact number) now what? on winny and fina

This "CPK" is a tricky value to interpret. Elevated levels could mean something as simple as a direct correlation of intense lifting (breaking down cells). The reverse (and dangerous) side of this value could result from brain damage, myocardial infarction/pulmonary infarction. Serious shit bro. I'm 99% sure that the reading came about from acute case of atrophy/necrosis of your muscles from an intense w/o but you NEED to have this re-evaluated bro!!!! Repeat this in one week. Ask for specifics-----be sure they include the following sub-catagories: CPK-BB (CPK1), CPK-MB (CPK2), CPK-MM (CPK3).

Nothing to be scared at all about.....just be intelligent enough to be concerned and cautious!
