so 2 10ml vials of prop 100 are only going to last like 4 weeks if I use 500mg a week. Is it a waste to only go 4 weeks?? sorry for all the questions. I probably paid way too much for it too . I was actually supposed to get sust 250 ..this is where I got the different figures from.

You could do it eod for like 6 weeks(40 days) and may get something out of it.

500 for 4 weeks with some t3 and clen 2 weeks off 2 weeks on , but honestly id say dont bother with just prop for a month at 500

No you did not take too much. You took a total of 100 mg of Test Prop. You need at least 500 mg of prop a week. So you need to do 4 more shots of what you did this week to get 500 mg for the week.

WHy do you think you took too much? 100 mg is not too much when you need 500 at least per week. Make sense? Or are you still ?
