    heybros thinkin of thrwoing some slin in the mix here but still doin extensive research and want ur thought and opinions ,they say 10ngrams of carbsper iu of slin post some say that too much and will lead to fat ?im also on GH 4ius ed by the way and want to see if that changes anything ,it will be humalog the faster the better.
    1.ill start at 4 and increse 1 iu every workout is that correct ?
    2,shoot ed or only on trining day
    3.how long can i stay non it safely?should i cycle 3 weeks on 3 weeks off?
    4.i cuuernty take post workout gianermatrix by iss, it gas 60 grms of portein ,102 grams of carbs ,600 cals and 2.5 grms of fat is this too much ???wanna keep fat toa min .
    5.the rest of my meals of the day i know they should be aslow in fat as possile how mnay carbs can i take with each meal and what kind does it matter ???
    6.how long till u start seing a differnce in pumps ,size and strenth and muscle fullness due the extra glycogen ???
    thanks just wanna get my shit stright , did i mention im about half scared shitless aswell ????

    i only use on training day and i cycle 4weeks on and 4 off

      i also would not go above 10iu in a shot, and i don't think 2.5 grams of fat is too much.

      i stop watching my fat once the slin is not active, but i still don't eat like a fat fuck.

      and i saw results almost immediately

          10 grams of carbs per 1 iu of Slin is recommended to be safe. This will prevent hypo. As you get more experienced with Slin, then u can drop ur carbs per iu's.
          Stick with Log, faster out of ur system. Only on training day for starters.

                Use high GI foods around the time you inject. I use 60 grams of dextrose for 10 iu's and I'm fine. But like DB said work your way down till it's good for you. You'll need to eat 1 hr after the shot. I use a 60 gram dextrose drink again with some food protiens/carbs, to be safe. 1 hr later i'll have a MRP. I didn't gain any fat and had sick workouts bro. I got fat when I used the slin in the morning and after my workout. But most keep it after workout for a reason.

                  stick to 10gr of carb per IU. But I take 7gr of carbs per IU. I take 5iu 7am when i wake. And 10iu after pm workout. 7gcarb/iu & 10g pro/iu right after shooting, then 7gcarb/iu & 10g pro/iu every 2 hours for six hours.

                  I only drink protein shakes with carbs and no fat, Yes no food. This makes it easy to know exactly what i'm eating. This method works great for me. I actually gain mass and reduce my body fat. Drink as much water as you can. Take your creatine with your first meal.

                  4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. you will notice strength and size on the third week. Always have some sugar packs in your pocket just in case.
