150lbs before I started lifting. Highest bw was 260lbs but took a few months off due to personal shit. I just started back and I'm in the 230's

when i graduated high school i weighed 220# but i was soft!

Went to college to play baseball... coach thought i needed to lose some weight, so i droped down to 195#... fastball droped from 91-92mph to 85-86mph. So my coach gave me extra money for food and i spent it on jucie...lol

went from 195 to 215# in the next few months... i was 20 at the time.

now im 26yrs old and my current weight is 242# @ 6'-3".

I started when I was 13, training that is. But I didn't make any gains until I was 18. That was when I first strated working out properly and eating.

I started at 140 at 18 years of age.
I hit 220 (bulked) at 23 years of age.

I'm 5'9. My weight is now at 205 since I'm cutting.
