My contest is Nov. 8, Right now I'm 195lbs with around 9% BF and 5'10" Tall. This is my fourth cycle, what do you think

id make a couple minor adjustments

i would run the eq til wk 12

the winny prop and fina wk 11-14

switch out the nolva for a-dex or l-dex
and i would run the hcg
