well, i dont know what "sest" is j/k. Not knowing you size/weight it's hard to say.I believe most would tell you to run it as follows:
Sust:wks 1-10 400-600mg's/wk
D-ball:wks 1-5 30mg's/day
Fina:wks 5-10 50-75 mg's/day
You could of course run the d-ball at a low dose, or the fina all the way through, but that seems awfully hard on the body. I would use the d-ball and sust for the first half and then tighted up with the fina personally - good luck
