Tell me if this is over training please? Iwill give you an example of my chest workout.
Chest , Flat bench dumbells start at 60 and go up 10# till about 110 to failure on each set.
Then I do incline dumbells usually start at 90 and work down to 75 and do to failure.
smith machine incline press at 225 to failure about 4-5 sets.
do 3 sets of hammer strength press 2 45# plates on each side.
decline bench for 3 sets of 155# to failure
Then cable flies for 3-4 sets.
thats it. is this to much or to little?

      Josh,
The key to slin is diet, more so than any other drug. If you're going to use slin you have to have your diet down to a "T." None of this "fridge" crap. He obviously doesn't have this sort of commitment to his diet so slin is a HORRIBLE suggestion, IMHO.

Sorry man...but like others said....you aren't eating enough. You're like me....one of those unlucky people who have fast metabolisms and can't stomach enough to get as big as they want. If you can't eat any more than you already are....then you can expect to stay at the same weight. It sucks...but it's reality. Everyone says to eat cleaner....and that's a good thing to do...but you probably won't gain much weight if any because you won't be able to eat enough clean calories. That's what it's like for me. I have to eat six times a day....eat hamburgers....drink vitamin D milk....lots of protein shakes.....as many carbs as I can eat....etc.... just to gain some weight. And most all of it is muscle because my metabolism is so fast. You'll find that as you eat more meals and make them larger....you're stomach will be able to handle more food and it won't be as hard. I know this goes against all bodybuilding knowledge but you need to start eating some serious shit. As long as you are eating enough protein (shoot for 250g a day)....don't worry about what the rest is made up of...just eat eat eat.

Here was my typical day on my biggest bulking phase:

        meal 1:
        6 Turkey sausage links
a big glass of vitamin D milk
        3 frozen waffles with syrup

        Meal 2:
2 Double cheese burgers from McD's and a large coke

        Meal 3:
        Post workout shakes:
100g of carbs from a carb drink
60g of protein from a whey protein drink

        Meal 4:
1 of those cheap frozen pizzas (totinos??)
Big glass of vitamin D milk

        Meal 5:
60g of protein from protein shake
one big ass sweet potato mashed up and covered with brown sugar and butter spray

Meal 6 (If I could fit it in and always right before bed)
Protein shake with vitamin d milk and pretty much anything I could stomach at that point.

This isn't healthy...this isn't fancy....but it worked for me. I'm just giving you an example of what worked for me.
Whatever you do...you need to eat more...plain and simple. Otherwise you just won't grow.

You can look at my pics if you want and see that I'm not some 135lb kid trying to give you advice.

        Good luck bro.

Cool Stupidbiotch- That is some good advice. I do drink about a gallon of vitaminD milk per day I guess I just need to add a couple extra meals. It will be tough though I am limited on time right now so I will have to figure out how to do that. I think that the people that are suggesting eating clean are naturally big and have to eat clean just to stay cut. Like I said before I dont need to be any more cut than I already am. I am ripped , just not big!
By the way are you the same Stupidbiotch from the old steroids101 sight?

            Yup, same guy.

Believe me..I'd love to eat clean and eat 4-5000 calories a day that way...but I just can't do it...I can't even come close......I just can't can't eat that much.

Yeah....add a couple more meals a day and a good easy way to do that...if you're short on time....is to drink a weight gainer shake like N-Large. Has about 800 calories per serving. Two servings of those along with 3-4 high calorie meals should help you out. Along with a good cycle of course.

Honestly I think your routine looks like way to much, but it depends on the intensity level as well.

If you didnt gain ANYTHING off of those cycles they could possibly be fakes especially the qv, lots of people have been fooled. Have they all been through the same supplier.

You do not need to eat clean to gain muscle. I eat 4500+ cals perfectly clean almost everyday, but it is not necassary. Candy bars and bulshit can aid muscular gains, dont let people fool you.

Ensure that you have legit gear before using it, eat enough cals, get enough rest and you will be golden bro. Get back to us on what you decide.

Smalls my QV was either fake or it was the shitty QV that is going around. When i did the Brovel Test/Deca I was full of energy and felt like eating a cow a day yet with the QV i have no energy no extra appitite and no extra labido like I did from the Brovel. And different source from each but my source that the QV came from is legit. He claims to get it straight from QV and was given to me from a Mod on this board!

I followed the same kinda diet as Stupid Biotch does. It worked. However, in order for me to put on weight and muscle i know i have to deal with putting on bodyfat. If you are an ectomorph/hardgainer, I strongly disagree with eatting "clean" during bulking. Metal Gear, who has a thread over on Elite, eats everything and anything to get his calories in (potatoe chips). His physique will explain everything.

Instead of three big meals a day try 6 normal meals. Heres just an example.

7 a.m. 6 boiled eggs, large cup of low fat milk

9:30 am 2 cans of tuna mixed with miaracle whip (lite) and relish no bread.

12 pm 2 chicken breast with mustard no bread

                      2:30 same as 9:30 tuna

                      5 pm steak or burgers

                      8 pm protien shake

I do this every day with about 2 gallons of water. I am on d-bol,test and fina and in 5 weeks I have gained 15 pounds already.
I still have 7 more weeks to go. Everyone is different man, I am just saying you should watch the carbs, spread out the meals, and add some quality protien. J.M.O.

Newbie, I hate to rain on ur parade, but that diet u recommended sux

Eatting every 2.5 hours won't cut it. There's barely any carbs in there, its very clean.

carbs are over rated. i am not saying that he has to use my diet but it is better than the mcdonalds and fast food that he already eats. it works for me. maybe i am just wierd.

I'd say that's overtraining. Failure on each set? If you really go to true failure, so that the last rep is very hard, then you are definitely overtraining. I have never done ALL sets to failure, because I overtrain easily by doing just the last set to failure...

You might look into a slow negatives (eccentrics)... They stress the muscle without too much stress on the CNS. Multiple sets to failure are too much for the CNS to handle (CNS=central nervous system)

Try this system for a large musclegroup (quads, hams, back, chest):
                            One HEAVY compound movement 3 x 6-10
                            Two isolation excercises 2 x 10-15
                            (total 6 sets)

And this for the smaller muscles (bis, tris, calves, shoulders forearms):
Two excercises 2 x 8-15 (reps depending on the muscle group)
                            (total 4 sets)

Do a slow negative phase, aim for 6 seconds on every rep and do the last set to failure. Normal negatives on squat, DL, SLDL or rows though. The negatives are the kay here, and they hurt.

Also after working out one bodypart, stretch the worked muscle as hard as you can tolerate for 60 seconds.

                            Just my advice...

PS. Don't copy training info from bodybuilding magazines... they usually suck
