Does anyone know the approx amount of sugar that will cause your insulin levels to spike????

What I'm looking for is the minimum amount of sugar that would cause your insulin levels to spike, seems that if it was as high as 50g or 75g you could eat candy bars every 2 hours and your insulin levels would still stay flat......somebody has got to knowJust livin' the dream.....
