Answer is NO.
Unless an underground lab decided to go to a real high concentration like that but it wouldnt be practical.
Not manny people need to take 100-120mg winny at a time.
And if you decide to do take that much per day you better split it to twice or 3 times per day.
Thus the 50mg tabs are the best thing to do.
