    I have been training for the best part of 9 years now and have gone from a gangly 17-18 year old to a pretty biggish but natural looking 27 year old. I currently weigh about 235 - 240 and am about 12 -14% bf. My cardio is pretty good cause of of years of martial arts and playing rugby and have a pretty solid strength base.

    I always said I would never use gear, but lately am starting to get very curious. The guy who owns my gym has told me that he thinks with some dieting and some tanning, I could compete and be pretty competitive....as long as I did a couple of cycles first. (He is a former Mr Australia and has competed internationally). I am kind pof interested in this as I have been to a few shows and looked on thinking I wouldn't mind a shot at the stage, but ultimately, I would do it for myself so I would know how far I could go.

    Basically I want to know what you guys think would be a good start to juice for someone in my position and what would hopefully serve me best. Some people down here know some things, but I want more opinions.

    stay on the boards and read as much as u can,but for your 1st I would just do test only @500mgs per week

        Yeah, that is pretty much what has been suggested to me by others...thanks for the advice.

        BYW, I need to go get a Biochemistry degree to understand all the threads in this forum! You people know way too much!!
