For the squats, rest is the only cure...lol Its an unfortunate side effect of growing...
as for the kits, its a set of vials, "magic solution" sryinge filters, sryinges and pins inorder to take the trenbolone out of finaplix pellets.Comment

Each Kit Contains:
1 screw top vial with dissolving solution
1screw top vial with oil
1 50 or 60 ml pre-crimped sterile empty vial
1 10cc Push Tube
1 5cc Push tube
1 0.45 WHATMAN sealed, sterile filter
1 Coffee filter
Cycle Syringes (if ordered as a combo)
All 2g and 4g kits come standard with pins!

no pain, no gain bro. i remember the first time i did squats i did like 3 sets of 10 at 135, (boy was i weak
), right after the squats i did a strip set on the leg sled. i figured i had to vindicate myself w/the leg press because lifting buddy couldnt beleive how little i could squat. my ass and quads were extremely sore for well over a week, i could barely even get outa bed. i grew to looooooooove it though, if youre real sore it means you had a really good training session. some people beg to differ but thats how i judge my workouts. shut the fuck up and train
