i was told by a friend that mexican gear isnt always tested and it can be infected with std and sorts,is this true?

thanks for your reply, he is cautioning me against any gear, said something about the people they replicate it from arent always tested , i am on my first cycle, ive researched the gear for another friend and decided to ntry it myself. i have not researched how it is made yet. so it sounded alarming.
