      What do you guys recommend eating while on DNP/T3? Can i eat chicken wings once a week and still lose just as much or should i keep it super clean?

            I would think you should rough it out for thoes 7-10 days to see all your results and get the most out of dnp since you only run a short time IMO.
            Start Jun 1st 02
            250lbs @ 44% bf
            After 1st cycle Dec 1st 02
            215 @ 30% bf
            March 1st After t-3 and clen
            205 @ 24% bf
            June 1st
            225 @ 24%

                    I ran it a few times awhile back. The first time I ran it I started at 200mgs and increased the dose in 3 day increments until 800mgs ed. I didn't really track my weight but the fat loss was noticable to all and pretty much everybody wanted to know how I did it. The second time I ran 1g ed for 7 days if I remeber right and I had impressive results but it was very uncomfortable sweating 24hrs ed. It was mid winter and I would go outside with a t-shirt on and it would feel like a warm summer day(slight exageration).lol

                      Depends how you use it I guess. If someone uses it so they can stay on their 16 beers ed and pizza every meal diet and still get ripped for spring break then I'd say yes its being lazy. But if it is someone that does everything right and still adds dnp to make results even faster then I'd say no.

                        well if you can eat all that and not gain weight, then i think DNP is the "magic pill"

                          LOL yeah sounds great until you factor in sweating 24hrs a day. Especially once I hit above 600mgs ed.

                            Man, you can eat all that and LOSE weight!! But, you also probably wont leave your couch while on and thats only when you leave your bed. It's basically as draining as if you were running all day and night except you're only chilling. And yes, "chilling" is just an expression because you'll feel anything but chill.

                                What time of day do you recommend taking it? Currently i'm taking 200mg at 7am and 200mg at 2pm. Should i spread it out more?
