I would think you should rough it out for thoes 7-10 days to see all your results and get the most out of dnp since you only run a short time IMO.Start Jun 1st 02

I ran it a few times awhile back. The first time I ran it I started at 200mgs and increased the dose in 3 day increments until 800mgs ed. I didn't really track my weight but the fat loss was noticable to all and pretty much everybody wanted to know how I did it. The second time I ran 1g ed for 7 days if I remeber right and I had impressive results but it was very uncomfortable sweating 24hrs ed. It was mid winter and I would go outside with a t-shirt on and it would feel like a warm summer day(slight exageration).lol
