  • keeping gains

I have heard many different theories on this, but what is the best length cycle to keep gains? I know there is gonna be some differences but people say if you do a short cycle, then you don't get shut down as hard, so it's easier to come off, BUT you dont have the muscle on you long enough to keep it. Other people say do long cycles because your body gets used to having the muscle around, but doesnt this shut you down harder, and make it harder to come off?

by short I mean 6 weeks of prop or something, and by long I mean 12-14 weeks

I think the most importent thing is PCT(post cycle therapy)
I never have proplems going off cycle and keeping gains(lbm)
When you plan a cycle you need to pay alot of attention on how to get off as well.
this is what i usully do:
    regular clomid therapy
AM Dbol(2 5mg dbol in the am)
    Clen for 6-8 weeks
lots of protein and i usaly cut down on my training and concentrate on my recovery.
If you do it right, you can walk away with all your gains(in LBM)
Keep in mind that you will loose water weight.
    Good luck

if am correct(witch I hope) 10mg in the AM will not effect the hpta but will give you a boost and prevent that crash type feeling.
Someone correct me if i'm wrong. will get more info on that!

I hear you on that one gearjunky, but I just dont think I believe it. I heard all of the logic behind it, but it seems that if you were on anything it would mess with you a little bit. I have heard of people getting blood work while doing the 10mg bridge and they said test levels werent above normal. That doesnt mean it wasnt suppresed, and the dbol was what was showing up. I have heard both sides. Bridging is just a way of telling yourself you are off IMHO.

10 mg dbol taken in the am, mimics your natural test boost that you would get in the mornings anyways. it WILL also help you keep some of your gains.
it will be out of your system by the evening and early morning when your body begins to produce endogenous testestosterone. The dopamine from Dbol will help with any post cycle depression
10mg in the a.m. won't be in your system long enough to shut you down, but it will provide enough anabolic activity to maintain gains while your natural test levels recover.
Basically the dbol is mimicking your bodies natural morning test spike and since dbols halflife is only about 4 hours the body doesn't recognize a need for the negative feedback loop.

HOW LONG DO YOU BRIDGE WITH DBOL AND YOU TAKE IT AS LONG AS CLOMID 3-4 WEEKS

I run my regular clomid therapy for 3 weeks or more(depends how heavy the cycle was) and do same with the dbol bridge(3 weeks or more)
then I wait or take a break for like 2-5 months and jump on the oily helper

I have seen evidence that says yes, and no. IMO screw bridging if it effects the HPTA at all, even clomid is NOT enough for me to recouperate, and I mean 4 weeks not a measly 2.

Well to each their own. It may work for some and not work for others. I react better to deca then Eq its just my personel opinion that i'm sharing. i never loose muscle after a cycle
(maybe the 5lbs of water) its all their and it stays. Plus I always take long brakes, not the time on=time off thing, me its more like time on=time off x2.
what helped me might OR might not help others

If it you feel it works for you then do it. Everyones body is different and reacts differently to the chemicals put into there bodies.
