I've injected in the chest, tri's, delts, glutes and outer thigh. The only one that hurt was outer thigh.

Ive done it many times up to 2.5ml. No probs. Im finicky about high BA gear though so maybe that helps. It never really hurt much though.Comment

I have also done this quite a few times. I have gotten great results, and the injections, for the most part have been easy.
BUT, sometimes, for some reason the juice escapes from the fascial sheath surrounding the muscle, and seems to collect around my knee. That shit hurts, but the steroid eventually dissipates.Comment

Just put 2cc there this am...I do that as part of my regular rotation. It really doesn't hurt any more than any other small muscle like delts or bi's IMO. It gets sore afterward for about a day, but not anything unbearable.Comment
