I had that when I used fina...anything over 37mg ED gave me a horrible itch, I had to stop using it because of that reason.

there's lots of ppl complaining about the fina itch... (i never had it) but i think it's got something to do with ya nerves just going nuts...

Keep in mind if you use Benadryl don't take it before you work out. The active ingredient is Diphenhydramine. which is the same thing in Tylenol PM, Sleepinal etc, that makes you Groggy.

Also not a good idea to mix with any kind of stimulant either, one is an Upper and the other is a Downer. probably won't knock you out because I believe each tablet is 12.5 or 25 mg. Also some good creams for specific spots are Hydrocortisone, or any cream with the word "Cort" in it. I used to get a bad reaction from a med I was on years ago. I swear I use to have Forks in both hands going Crazy. As soon as 1 spot stopped itching there would be another. It was so annoying. Good Luck
