  • Cramps!

    I have reading some of the old threads on this subject and it seems cramping is pretty common when cycling. I am currently stacking TEST CYP, EQ and D-bol and I have been getting some BRUTAL cramps, usually in my legs, neck, lats and/or ribs.
    I drink over a gallon of water a day, but how many Banana's should I be eating? any other suggestions?

      If you want extra Potassium you can always get Morton's light salt, which has a high potassium/sodium ratio. Mix a little in water (tastes like hell) but you will get more Potassium then from banana's without the carbs.

        buys some potassium tabs at your local pharmacy. these should help some.

          eat more bananas for potassium. What's your water intake look like? You might need some more of it.

            I got Hamstring and Ab cramps really bad when I was taking d-bol. After i stopped i haven't had them at all.

              I couldn't take even 15mg of dbol without excruciating cramps. I had to stop using it and gave a bunch of it away. I bet that is your problem.

                Also while doing Squats and straight leg dead lifts my lower back would pump up so bad.
