    What is a good bodyfat to start your first cycle? I know that some people can be too high in bf to start a cycle, so what is a good bf to start a cycle on?

      i would say around 10, 12 % max... i did a cycle startin at 15% and i became an abolute fat ass... but again i ate as much as i could fit in in my 8 -10meals

            At my gym (owner) I train a lot of people (natural and AS) but from my experience I would agree with no higher than 14% if using hard androgens. The ones I've seen that are higher seem to retain a ton of water and probably fat. But I would tell you using Anavar or Winny if you BF is to high will help you lean out (not that fat loss is the function of those AS but they seem to help assist).

              um i started real high like at 40%bf. My fealing was this if i built a ton of muscle it takes roughly 100 cal for every pound of lean muscle added to keep it wich would make burning calories alot easier hence droping bf alot faster when cutting. Im now around 18% (yea i know its high) but i dont think it would really matter what bf you start at. The only thing i can say is that if you start low you will see the gains way easier than if you real high.

              250lbs @ 44% bf
              After 1st cycle Dec 1st 02
              215 @ 30% bf
              March 1st After t-3 and clen
              205 @ 24% bf
              June 1st
              225 @ 24%

                      depend of or goals

                      what kind of cycle, my first cycle I ran it I was arounnd 20 or so, it went to 17.

                      last year cycle I ran it I was at 17, went to 21. LOL, ewwwww plus the water retention and all I was the michelin's man.
