I recently ordered some Tiromel and I had a couple questions about it. Should I split the doses up through out the day? How long does it take to "kick-in" or notice the effects of it? Do I need to do a lot of cardio to aid in the fat loss? So far i've been doing 30minutes of cardio 3x/week after my workout.

I read the article on basskiller's site and i wanted to get your guy's take on some things. The article "synthetic t-3 and clen stacking" says that i should go on CKD diet. I'm not a big fan of CKD, so here's what i was going to go with......
Meal 1 (7am)
1 cup amazing egg
4 slices Extra Lean turkey bacon
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon natty PB
Meal 2 (10am)
6oz. Chicken breast
1 cup green beans or brocoli
Meal 3 (12:30pm)
6oz. Chicken breast
1 cup green beans
Meal 4 (3pm)(Pre-workout)
6oz. Chicken breast
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon natty PB
Meal 5 (6pm)
2 scoops ALL THE WHEY protein w/water, 30g dextrose, 1 teaspoon natty PB
500mg ALA
Meal 6 (9pm)
6oz. Chicken breast
1 cup brocoli
I will also be staking clen/NYC in typical "2 on, 2 off" fashion. Cardio will be done after my workout and done 3 times a week at 30 minutes each session.
