nolva as only Post Cycle drug

You hit it right on the head... A mix is what im doin and its great... You dont get the full sides from clomid because you dont need to go as high with the dose, but you still get the recovery.


GO somthing like this:

Day 1: 150mg of Clomid - 80mg Nolva
Day 2-6: 100mg Clomid - 60mg Nolva
Day 7-15: 50mg Clomid -40mg Nolva
Day 16-21: 25mg Clomid -20mg Nolva
Day 22-25: 10mg Nolva

Does this depend on how much you took on a cycle? Would you recomend this to someone who is just taking 400mg opposed to someone taking 1.5 grams? Just a thought.

I'm no expert by any means.. But IMO you will be shut down wheter your on 400mg or a gram and a half. Duration and dose will have effect the degree to which your shut down. But i think its just personal preference for what gets the boys back. From what ive read and what im seeing so far nolva aids in that pretty well.

But shit rado uses trib... and then some people need HCG every time. So i think it comes down to personal preference.

I like this one because the clomid effects dont seem bad as what ive seen w/other people. (because im not going up to that high dose) And im still recovering quite well.

I read bass's article on nolva only post cycle and I am going to give it a shot. I talked to him and this is what he would recommend for the dosages.

"n-dex is simply
40 to 60mgs ed wk1
20 to 40 mgs ed wk2
20mgs wk3 & 4"

i've used nolva post, and found i have less sides than clomid. I have much less acne on it, and I kept more gains than just clomid. We really need a scientific study to be done. Too bad it will never happen, as bodybuilders don't count for anything in this world......

Hey guys like me, i dont have any clomid with me but i do got some Nolvadex. Are the gains keepable if i do a post cycle therapy with only some nolvadex. I dont wanna loose the 30 pounds i gained.

Nolvadex + Aromazap or 6-OXO is working AWSOME for me. I actually think I look better than when I was on cycle. I'm more lean. And my lifts are still maintaining or going up and I've been off for two weeks (was using Fina, so it's been out of the system).
