Just updating you all on my progress and also to ask a question. I started out at 172lbs with 11.29%bf and I am currently at the latter part of week 4 of a 10 week cycle and I am weighing 193lbs with bf unknown. I don't seem to be holding a lot of water but my stomach is full-looking most of the time. I am running A50 @50mg per day weeks 1 - 6 and 400mg of Test @ 200mg on Mon and 200mg on Thurs weeks 1 - 10. My question is do you think I should incorporate some Fina to possibly harden up? I feel very filled out all over and like the way I look, but I fugured that if I could harden up a bit it would not be a bad thing. I am eating plenty of good protien and good carbs (low on the glycemic index) so I hope the weight gain is quality and I would like it to be in the end.
Any suggestions?????
