    Agreed.

    Also forgot to mention I try to have a bowl of oatmeal (1/2 cup dry, ~25g carbs) 1 to 2 hours before my workout (also usually eat one of those 5oz, 7% fat hamburger patties at this time). Pre-workout I consume 23g Whey Isolate and a 1/4 cup blueberries (tastes good, also figure the anti-oxidant thing might help a LITTLE).
