Sounds like ip to me too, i got the same ones wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back in the day. Now if their legit.......well, that depends what you refer to as legit. They are probably really from ip, but ip is known pretty much all over for having hit or miss products. In the words of forest gump, "ya never know what ya gonna get." One batch might be decent, one batch might be crap, ya just never know, you can find better quality if ya look around a little more.
