Need cycle advice for first time?

I will be starting my first cycle of QV enathate 250 and QV deca 300. If I heat both in the oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes three times.....will that be good enough to kill the bacteria? Also, should I mix 1cc of b12 with the 1 cc of deca 300 I will be taking weekly, to ease the pain of the deca? Or does deca need not be mix with b12 to ease the pain? Thanks.

I wouldnt bother heating them up. I have used both many times and neither one of them cause any real pain or discomfort. Just mix the deca and the test and shoot them at the same time each week. I normaly do monday and thursday injections when using QV test and deca. Just depends on how much you plan on running a week for your cycle.

I don't think you will have to worry about the pain. You could buy a separate vial and place both solutions into it and then heat it up in an autoclave to sterilize them. Then you can inject both together in one syringe instead of doing two shots.
