One of my buddies was over and told me to throw away all my nolvadex. He says it blocks igf1. Is this true? He also says I will see no results on my cycle if I take them. This the first time I have taken nolva but not my first cycle. Whats everyone think about this? Is it true? Or is he full of shit?

Your friend's a retard. Lay people don't need to try and extropolate scientific data and apply it. There is only SLIGHT truth in what he says regarding IGF-1 (according to only 1 study which I've seen), but you should still make great gains.

I figured as much my buddy said he read a study somewhere on the internet that said it kills your natural gh and IGF-1 but he cant remember where he saw it. I seem to be getting good results off of my cycle so I'm not to worried but just wanted to check

your buddy needs to check his head and do a little research tons of people use Nov during a cycle (ie itchy nips) plus people use it post cycle to help the system get back to nornmal

i did a cycle with 40mgs nolv and had exellent gains. the nolv prevents water weight gain so you gain more keepable quality muscle.
