You have to weigh the risks. Some of hte sides can be prevented but then again I don't mind popping zits on my tricep.

          Blackfoot,

This applies to anything and everything in life.

          To Grow
          You Must Learn
          To Learn
          You Must Understand
          To Understand
          You Must Understand
          Completely

Just keep on going in that directions and your decisions will be easy and wise ones with no regrets.

          All the posts were excellent.

          Good Luck

First off, I tell him EVERYTHING i am takeing at the time. Then he tests my BP, liver and kidney function, and natural hormone levles before I start. Then I get the same blood work done (less the hormone levles) in mid-cycle. Then I get the whole workup done again when I come off and am suposed to be recovered (the hormone tests are not as consistent as the rest, I have only had a few of them, over the last 7 years b/c I am on to much of the year, and the test would not be accurate.)

I have only had one bad test, and I went off and took care of if before it became a problem. Thats, IMO is the trick to cycleing as safe as you can, fairly consistant monitoring.

MOTOGEAR.. I did the same. stopped everything and started working out. I havent been drinking for 2 years and still have no desire.

At 32 years old, I have done 2 cycles over the last two years and I never even started the first until I had about 9 months of hard training behind me.

I, like many others, was weary at first, but did allot of research and chose the gear that I thought I would be comfortable with.

If you are thinking about enhancing your training in any way, the first step is to research everything. Someone out there has already experienced what you are afriad of doing and they will tell you about it.

If I had not read about the "fina cough" on these boards, the day I felt it, would have been accompanied by a major amount of panic. I just breathed deep and finished the job.. (then coughed my brains out)

The information on these boards is as valuable as having a family doctor.

Absolutely brother. I believe that time is just as important as research. By that I mean I plan on doing the research and sitting with it a while. Its taken me years to figure that simple principle out. BTW, leg day does f**king rule bro! Squat till you puke, eat a hand full of tic tacs and then do one more set
