I have read an artice that claims that Ansomone is not real rhgh becouse it consists of 192 amino acids and not 191.
Anybody knows something about that.

there was a long discussion on here or EF about this. do a search on both boards. i think the conclusion was that it was misinformation. ansomone produced by ankebio is generic hgh, but its still good quality. supposedly, they use it in hospitals. some people get red welts from it, but if you use BA water rather than the sterile water that comes with it, you should be ok.

im also considering using ankebio, but my only concern is that it comes from china which means:
1. it has to pass customs
2. its going to take at least a week to arrive after its shipped from the manufacturer. ansomone must be kept cold at all times. im not sure how long it will last otherwise.

They shipped it in a cool box. It took 4 days for shipment. I started with it 4 days ago and so far it works well. - no side effects.
That it has 192 aminos instead of 191 wos written in an article from netherland- they made an analyse on Ansomone.

Een ampul Ansomone die via Ergogenics bij een erkend laboratorium is terechtgekomen bevat volgens de analyse met-hGH in plaats van hGH. Producent Anhui Anke Biotechnology vertelt op zijn webpagina's echter een ander verhaal.


Volgens de Chinese farmaceut - meestal aangeduid als AnkeBio - is zijn Ansomone een door gemodificeerde bacteriën geproduceerd preparaat, dat honderd procent overeenkomt met het groeihormoon dat de hersenen aanmaken: somatropine.(1)


De onderzoekers vonden echter een andere variant: Met-hGH of N-methionyl-hGH. Met-hGH is een molecuul dat uit 192 aminozuren bestaat, en niet uit 191 zoals het natuurlijke groeihormoon. Het extra aminozuur is methionine. Met-hGH is de actieve stof in de eerste generatie synthetisch groeihormoon-preparaten zoals Protropin. Wetenschappers noemen hem ook wel somatrem.


Is de ampul een vervalsing? Of werkt AnkeBio met een verouderde technologie? Het laboratorium ontdekte dat de dosering klopte en dat er in het preparaat weinig eiwitten zaten die er niet in thuishoorden. Geen badkuipfarmacie, dus.


Aanvankelijk dachtenmedici dat somatren net zo goed werkte als groeihormoon met 191 aminozuren. Dat kwam omdat ze het vergeleken met biologisch gewonnen groeihormoon, waar allerlei verontreinigingen in zaten die bijwerkingen veroorzaakten.


Toen onderzoekers erin slaagden groeihormoon met 191 aminozuren te maken, konden ze pas echte vergelijkingen maken. Toen bleek dat het extra aminozuur ervoor zorgde dat het lichaam het groeihormoon herkende als een vreemde indringer, en antilichamen tegen het hormoon begon aan te maken.(2) Soms leidde dat tot allergische aanvallen, soms ook neutraliseerden de antilichamen het hormoon zodat het effect van de behandeling uitdoofde.(3)


Verleden jaar verscheen er nog een artikel over een jonge gebruiker van Met-hGH die stopte met groeien. De artsen stopten toen met de toediening van het groeihormoon, en hervatten na zeven maanden de behandeling - met groeihormoon dat uit 191 aminozuren bestond. De groei hervatte.(4)

too bad there isnt an english version. some of those articles look really interesting. but the ansomone article was written on jan 10, 2003. thats pretty recent. i would be concerned bro. have you thought about sending out some of your hgh to a lab for tests? if you have just started i think you will alright for the meantime. from what ive heard is that the 192 chain may create antibodies that will attack the 192 hgh and eventually your natural hgh. im not sure how long this will take to occur. its probably worth spending the money to have your stuff tested.

The title of the text says: The chineese growth hormone Ansomone is not somatropine!
I even have some problem to understand oll of the text but they say that it is not somatropine (191 aminos) but Met-hGH of N-methionyl-hGH (192 aminos - with the extra amino methionine on the end) which is equivalent to the old Protropin = was first generation of synthetic hgh.

If i find someone who can analyse this stoff i will let you know the result.

just to let everyone know ansomone is good stuff just finished 6 months worth I went from 240-260lbs and a hell of alot leaner looking forward to trying some more and also it is a 191 amino acid chain

I was looking to put on alot of lean body mass rather then get ripped on the stuff if that is what your looking for is to get ripped there are much more inexpensive ways then hgh. I have to say I expected a little more then what I had gotten from the stuff but everyone else I know are pretty impressed with my gains I'm now 5'7'' 260lbs and on my last box need more but looking to trying a different type see maybe if there is one better then the other

How many ius did you take a day and for how long? Im going to try rHGH and I got 195 ius of it. im going to do 5iu a day so it can run with my 6 week insulin cycle..

Is the ampule a fake? Or does AnkeBio work with older technologies? The labratorium discovered that the dosage was accurate and that it didnot contrain a lot of proteins that didnt belong in the preparate. No badtubfarmacie, you can conclude.


At first medici thaught that somatren workt just as good as growthhormone with 191 aminoacids. That came because they compared it with biological wonnen growthormone, that contrained al sorts of inpuritys that caused side effects.


When researchers could make growth with 191 aminoacids they could only then make real comparisons. When they did that they found out that the extra aminoacid was recongised as a strange foreigner (sp), and it began producing antibodies (sp) against the hormone(2) Sometimes that lead to allergic attacks but sometimes the antibodies neutralised the hormone so the effect of the treatment weakened/stopted.(3)


Last year an article appeared about a young user of Met-hGH that stopt growing (edit: probably in height).
