I'm a newbie and considering anavar. I don't want anything too strong because i'm 20 and worried about growth. Does anyone know what would be best?

How long have you been training? What are your stats (height, weight, and bf%)? Goals? Provide some info and you'll get some responses. -
5'8,160,5-8% bf and I want to gain some strength and my old routine of swimming and running.

I would say don't bother. Get a proper diet and training and u can gain strength naturally.Comment

If you have decided you are going to do something Anavar is not a bad choice. it is very mild and will give you increased strength.
At least 30-35 mg a dayComment

Anavar or primo would yield solid, keepable gains with minimal to no sides. Just don't expect a whole helluva lot, as you aren't gonna pack on twenty some lbs with either...Comment
