If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

gladly, on the elite fitness thing, read my explanation on the thread, someone pretended to be me and emailed a bunch of people saying who knows what, now they're trying to get me banned on all boards, i have not been spaming and i don't know who/why is doing this

on the ip's i'm not a big computer expert;Yes definently someone not me pretended to be and sent emails to some people, because I gat angry emails back from some people complaining that I was telling people '''' and I know I never said those things I dunno exactly I think it's best if I just let it go and hopefully it won't happen again, on the url thing, i just didn't think when i signed up and put it on, i made sure it's off on all my board profiles; i promise to be a good boy and obey all the rules,
